In our series, "Our Father Abraham," we see that God confirmed his promise to Abraham. He also added that he would have a son with Sarah and that this would be the child through whom he'd establish his covenant. Instead of doubting God, instead of trying to do it his own way, Abraham believed God in a spirit of amazement. In the same way, we too need to trust God even when his promises seem unrealistic.
