Sunday, we were forced to cancel church do to bad weather. However, on Wednesday night we continued our series "Words from the Cross" with a message titled "The Word of Assurance." As Jesus hung on the cross, he gave the assurance of salvation to one of the thieves who were hanging next to him. We find, as we seach the Scriptures, that God gives the same assurance to each one of us who look to Jesus and trust in him.
